The Supervisory Board
The nine-member Supervisory Board, chaired by Yves Boisdron, includes 3 independents, 5 representatives of AXA Private Equity, DIANA's majority shareholder since 2007, and a representative of Cognetas.
Its mission is to oversee DIANA's management.
