“I was fortunate to support DIANA since 2005, at the Board level, first as President and then as a member, after the disposal of Cognetas to AXA Private Equity. This company has been a constant source of admiration and inspiration to me : by its ambition (becoming a world leader in its areas); by the magnitude of its vision (being a global solutions provider all over the world); by its dynamism (speed to adapt its structures in research, industry and customer service); by its inventiveness (ability to innovate as a “pioneer”, proven for instance by the new activity Aquativ) and by its performances (an impressive track record in terms of growth and profitability). DIANA implements a clearly articulated project, which acts as a source of energy and enthusiasm for its teams and involves the pursuit of excellence at all levels. To me, DIANA is an example of what LBO can better promote in terms of growth and competitiveness. Personally, I am more than happy to take part, at my modest level, to the implementation of this magnificent project.”
